We accept most insurance plans for dental services , to help simplify your dental care and experience.
Most extended health care plans cover dental services. Please check your individual policy for more information.
Although we will accept direct billing from most insurance policies (if policy allows) as a courtesy. The patient is ultimately responsible for 100% of accepted treatment cost no matter what benefits may or may not help you with.
We are not responsible for tracking, confirming or guaranteeing dental benefits in any way. We will help by providing estimates upon request and sending predeterminations to insurance but they are neither a guarantee of fees nor a guarantee of insurance benefits.
Our responsibility to each patient is to provide excellent dental treatment to meet their individual oral health needs, not to manage their insurance benefit limitations which restrict receiving this treatment.
We will be happy to send off any dental claims (when possible), electronically whenever possible, right after your treatment is complete. We will accept payment directly from your insurance company, which is called assignment of benefits whenever possible. We will coordinate benefits between 2 or more insurance companies for you.
Payment for services not covered by your extended health care plan is expected the same day of service.
